Accidently clicked a retarded link on HF

I accidently clicked the fake spoiler on this thread here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5686691 (DONT CLICK ON IT) Can anyone tell me what kind of aids he could've possibly put on my computer? When I saw a new tab open in my browser after clicking the "spoiler" I immediately clicked it away so I couldn't see what the site was at all, nor do I know if he could've infected me with anything. The user has a lot of negatives saying that he is trying to IP log/infect users here. My question is if he could've infected me with anything or if he just only grabbed my Ip? Because I don't really care to much if all he's got is my ip.
