When you click on the "BANK, PAYPAL, ID FRAUD" subforum it takes you to adf.ly link.
Well there some ads filled with a Java DriveBy. I know it's adf.ly's fault but you should check it out.

I don't think Omni intended this and its probably a false positive.

I'm not too sure since adf.ly randomly gives ads.
ESET pop up with a detection of the site above.

I can't find it. I tried visiting the link, no dice.
I clicked on a different adf.ly recently and got hit. The site was brainbond.co.cc

That seems like a problem with Adf.ly.
Tbh that forum should just be taken away. It has no purpose other than making the marketplace look bigger and more confusing than it is already.

And to be honest we all click it at least once. I've been here long enough to know where it goes.

That's the issue. He's warning Omni that he's accidentally linking people to viruses. This could cause a number of problems.
1. Members computers crashing, causing more works for white hats here.
2. Antiviruses blacklisting the site with an actual valid reason
3. Members leaving since they assume HF is behind the virus threat warning.
Well, it redirects me to fbi.gov, like always.
Ad.ly is responsible for the ads they solicit, Omnisicient's intention was not to infect, but to show the members that bank fraud is extremely illegal.
