You have to be approved to own a group, which starts with being an Ub3r member.

However, hypothetically, if you bought this (and were Ub3r, accepted for group ownership, etc.) it would be completely 'acceptable.'

Thanks for the heads up. I'd just started thinking about buying a group and actually make it towards hacking, not this "being the best possible" garbage.
