One problem I have found.
it shows an incorrect number of disputes under a name as found in this post of mine
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id39799958
I'm not sure what you mean. He has one deal dispute and that's what it shows.
@Fatboy Slim, I'll add that to the next version. If you could remove the userscripts link that'd be great. I've updated the OP.
@-Webb: The script only works in the marketplace. Have you opened a thread in the marketplace?
I'm working on a way to decrease the amount of requests this sends the server.
Removed it.
It's true what the other guy says it shows 1 when he has 4.

Thanks. Yes he has more than 1. However, only 1 was reported to /disputedb.php which is HF's Deal Dispute Database (where I get number of disputes).

Anyways thanks for this release.
I've added this feature.

But since the database isn't completely updated, consider this idea :3
A lot of people don't get a scam report, instead neg. rep saying scammer with a link.
Maybe extend this to search their neg rep, and come back with results?
I know that would use a number of resources, but would be fully useful xD
That's a good idea. If there are no reports in the db, I'll search the neg rep for words like scammer, beware, etc and then I'll link to the rep instead.
"function getScams(user){
var data = null;
$.ajax({
type: "POST",
async: false,
url: "disputedb.php",
data: {
username:user,
action: "do_search",
submit: "search",
my_post_key:document.documentElement.innerHTML.split('my_post_key = "')[1].split('";')[0]
}}"
Omni doesn't like automated scripts going through the site, I'm pretty sure if you just linked it though it would be fine. Like without it actually going through the DisputeDB

It's really not that automated. You consent to the search. There are userscripts which do similar things. As for linking it, it isn't a GET setup. I'd have to automate a post request, search and replace html with returned result (which is what I am doing atm).

As I said they aren't reported. Also to reply to your search suggestion: You'd have to wait 30 seconds between each search. Imagine opening a thread and wanting to see a dispute only to wait for .5min/post*10 posts = 5 minutes for the thread to load.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Hmm, this is only for deal dispute DB entires, right?

At the moment yes. I'll work on a negative rep check later on also.

Anyway you can scrape the D&D section 24 hourly using some sort of script and store UID's on a db that automatically counts the number of times a id is referenced in a title and then display the amount of times below a users name by matching it on db.

Without being IP Blocked by omni? No. The best thing is to promote the use of /disputedb.php

Any way people can promote it more than it already is?

I was thinking about requesting that you add that it searches HF for their UID in a thread but then I realized that you can only do 1 search per 25 seconds so it wouldn't be very efficient.
Nice userscript either way!

I think I found an error.

Sorry about that. I've fixed it. It was a simple encoding error. I've also fixed another bug where if there was a post by a closed account, it wouldn't show.
