Why are you interested in Video Editing in particular?
Well, I'm talented in still graphic production but I've always wanted to learn to animate.

I have been making content on YouTube since early 2009. Back then I would make game play videos of popular online games. In 2010 I moved on from the game play side of content creation to film and video. I started in the Windows XP version of Movie Maker, and was working with and taking full advantage of that till about the end of 2012. I stretched that program to the max, I would code plugins in XML that I could later use in the simple time line. I remember how I made one that added a watermark to my videos, and then also found one online and then later changed it a bit that could key a background. It was terrible, but still I took that program to the max. I would produce and upload original sketches every Saturday. Later on in 2011, I started another series of mine, titled 'Ask Ty!' which is a Q&A series which still runs to this day. Those would go up the first Wednesday of every month, but now have a more frequent schedule. The point is, from 2010-present day, I have been interested in film, video editing, and directing. I'm a senior in high school right now, and the top in my class for our communications course. I went to the Student Television Network Convention 2014 this past March, which is a communications convention and competition where the top 10 students in our school were picked to compete. We got 3 awards; second place in the nation for our silent short film, top 5 in the nation for our music video, and then top 5 for our short film. I also plan on pursuing film/video in college next year as my major. I am a passionate video creator eager to always enhance my skills.

As I said before, I am mainly just interested in enhancing my skills and getting better. I don't specifically have an ending level, I just want to learn more about what I love to do, while at the same time getting to communicate to people who have the same passion as I do.
You should choose me because I am a hardworking, passionate content producer who is determined to get better at what I love to do. I have years of experience, as well as the tools required at my disposal. As well, I am one of the top videographers/video editors in my school. I plan on going into this field in a year when I am off to college and getting work, so I am dedicated.

Why are you interested in Video Editing in particular?:
I've always taken an interest into video effects since I first watched a few frag videos on youtube. The effect of a well edited video with a great soundtrack really appealed to me as a viewer and I've always wanted to try my hand at creating the same effect.
Why should we choose you?:
I think the main reason is the underlying passion I have towards video editing. Sometimes when I listen to music I always imagine a scene that goes a long with it and I feel like I have the imagination and drive to create something, but I just never got around to doing it and this seems like the perfect opportunity.
Other than that, I feel like I always drive to push out the highest quality of work from myself, and this is something that I can channel that into. I don't plan on doing this for the sake of doing it, I really do plan to learn and create the best product that I can.
Why are you interested in Video Editing in particular?: The main reason I am into Video Editing (or wanting to get into video editing, is what I should say,) is because of my Grandfather. Ever since I was a younger age and would visit my grandparents house, I would walk downstairs to his "lair" where he would always be editing video, etc. Not only that, but on every special occasion I could think of he would have his camera out. He used to want to be a director, but settled with working on the railroad and making short movies in his off time. Around 3 years ago, he contracted lung cancer that later spread throughout his body and unfortunately it was his time to leave this earth. I wish to continue his legacy, even if it wasn't the greatest, and learn some things myself as I am very interested in video editing and what you could do with it. One of his videos actually achieved a very cool feat. We were the first people to ride the roller coaster Steel Hog, located at Indiana Beach, pictured here: Spoiler (Click to View) We were able to do this because we made a video showing the Steel Hog and advertising it, winning the video contest. I would really like to create work that he would be proud of today, if he was still here.

Why should we choose you?: Persistence, Dedication, and Willingness are some of the traits that I will show whilst being taught by Brotherhood. I am extremely interested in video editing and am willing to put forward 110% in order to achieve what I have always wanted. Thank you for considering.
Why are you interested in Video Editing in particular?:
I find Video Editing exciting and challenging, not that it's hard or easy, but the point of extent that you are tying to create a masterpeice, the time it takes to edit the video using Sony Vegas, the time to record the video and the time to render the video is all worth it. I am a marketer here on HF, but Video Editing is one of the hobbies I do outside of HF.
What do you strive to achieve?:
I try to not upload my works to YT, I usually get copyright banned for no reasons, I just keep local copies of my work, if you wish to take a look at it, I'll send you one of my copies, locally I make Video Edits for businesses and schools nearby who are trying to promote or entertain an issue.
What level of video editing do you want to reach?(link video):
When I first started League of Legends 2 years ago, this video came out, I was inspired even until now, trying to create samples of something like it, I hope I get inspired by you to make this eventually >3
Why should we choose you?:
Besides having a hobby of VFX, I am also a marketer and a servicer, I can promote anything with ease. I have lots of time in VFX, I don't mind dedicating time into it. If you choose me, thank you and I hope I wish myself the best!
Why should we choose you?: I'm a "sniper" in the cod community and I would love to start editing my own things instead of waiting on people. I feel like I have creative mind so I could make some pretty awesome things if I had some help to get started.

You are able to edit your post at any time, remember to keep it true to you.. but we are also looking for people who are showing us their true feelings about this subject, not just saying things to get into the group. This is the second recruitment for this sector, due to members being inactive and not really caring. This WILL NOT be tolerated, if you are applying to the sector, it is going to be just as much time tasking as any other sector except your work is presented through your edits.

Why are you interested in Video Editing in particular?: It seems like a good hobby, something I good do for fun in my spare time. I play a lot of video games and CSGO, so making CSGO videos would be enjoyable. It's also a good skill to monetize off of. It's a good skill to learn.

Why should we choose you?: I've been in the group in the past and it was a good experience, tons of good members in the group.
