Nah, countless threads have been junked by staff for being in the wrong section, even some of my own.

There are better ways to do this imo, like for example, replacing mentors monthly or quarterly.

Nope. We don't bite. 🙂
Seems like a fair adjustment that they can still do the main part of work and just not be able to move threads, would prevent a lot of the things that happened in the Morchid incident but not all, but that's understandable as they still need to be able to do their job.
I appreciate this. Now people who think they are glorified and stupid won't ask for people to have their threads moved..

Also this will prevent another issue like yesterday.

Good move Omni, I feel like this should of already been done with the things happening as of late.

SneakyBoots Discord or HF convo me.
Damn even the lounge move button is gone. Oh well.
hmm if even moderators can't that'll increase the staff workload (if staff will still do it)

but the mentor change is good for sure
Look at it this way Mentors and mods. Less work for you.

Now let's get some cocaine and hookers

User the report feature. Junking increases staff's work load as they have to restore the thread, remove your post etc etc.
Good security fix, but many newbies usually post threads in the wrong section, or ask to get them moved.
How are you going to go about doing that effectively now that mods and mentors can't do it?

That's an interesting system, kind of oldschool/classic, I like it :)
Hope it's as effective as before!

I'm talking from a mod's point of view. Same applies?
