Disregarding smart devices (smart plugs and switches, Philips Hue lights, etc.)- hardly ever less than ten. In the house is myself, my wife, and our young son. So at any given point, you're talking two phones, a number of desktops and laptops, tablets, printers, smart TVs (and Apple TVs), and game systems. That number surges when my son is jumping between his laptop, the Switch, his iPad, and the TV in general. And it's disregarding the various Raspberry Pi and Ardunios I have.

I also have a gigabit connection, so I don't think twice about any of it.
