I think it's in the middle, I believe guys get harassed online and just don't talk about it while girls do.

Women get harassed all the time, it's no wonder they're all crazy.

No they don't. They just like to pretend they do so people be extra nice to them. If you are a guy and you say something provocative getting people cursing at you is frequent. I haven't seen anything similar happening to a woman and that is because attacking women is considered worse than attacking men. Men are more likely to receive death threats too.

I do think women get harassed more online than males do, mainly because they're regarded as being simpler targets for whatever things some assholes think of. Heck, I even witnessed it happen here many years ago when a user revealed herself to be female. Loads of people, I can't remember who exactly, flocked to her reputation and tried very hard to get her attention.
nywhere on the webs or in any game you get told to go kys, f your mother or whatever else. Girls might get harassed in other ways but in terms of harassment it's just across the board.
