The only place online off the top of my head that I posted my telegram was on HF. The past few days I've been getting bombarded with child porn on telegram.
Obviously I don't subscribe to these groups but yesterday a group showed up in my feed called " child porn " I immediately reported it to telegram with all the relevant information including the exact minute it popped up as well as the date and the phone number associated with the account and a brief description of what happened. It wouldn't let me report it as child pornography so I had to report it as spam which was kind of weird.
I thought the nightmare was over with and then today the same thing happened except this time I checked to see who the administrator was and it was me!
This explains how the group ended up in my feed the day before.
Turns out on telegram you can make someone then administrator of a group without their consent. I changed the privacy settings to no longer allow invites.
The thing is I don't have any enemies out there neither online or IRL! I'm a pretty likable guy 😂 and drama I have encountered online has actually been here in HF on I think only two occasions.
one of them was a dispute between someone I made a contract with on behalf of my developer which was eventually solved. The deal was between him and my developer he knew that but he couldn't go after the developer so he hit me up and filed a dispute which I totally understand luckily my developer at that time who I no longer have any business with was able to resolve the problem by paying the gentleman back.
The only other time I had a problem was when I was selling eSims and had a guy using my service fraudulently. But other than that I've never had any problems before!
So I was very surprised and even more so confused about this harassment I encountered the past two days.
I was wondering if any other HF members encountered this form of harassment before?
I was thinking maybe other sellers or general members who posted their telegrams have ever had this happen to them?
Honestly I can't think of any other explanation for this other than somebody is targeting HF members.

I also watch pred catchers on youtube and it is ALWAYS cp groups on telegram.

I also want to mention because of the form of harassment I had actually filed a police report as well as contact FBI and file report with them. What pissed me off though was when I called the FBI they were more upset when I inadvertently referred to the call center woman as 'dude' when I said, 'dude I just want the harassment to stop' then they were the crime itself 🤬🤬

I Heard rumors about CP on telegram and had no doubts that it was out there but I have never witnessed it until now and this is the first time someone's used that as a form of harassment against me.
Tell the truth the only reason why I got telegram was because I was working for a developer for a while that used it as a medium to communicate with clients.
Since then I use it to keep track of popular trends and breaches on various hacker and ransomware groups.

I use Telegram for some UAP related groups, climate news, and RU/Ukrainian videos coming out.
It's invaluable for actually getting things that don't always make their way to MSM, or get lost in the abyss of social media, reddit, etc...

Sorry this happened to you, but I wanted to mention this because I feel like a lot of HF users hate on TG. There are shitty people everywhere and TG shouldn't just be associated with scammers and blackhat activity. There are lots of other groups on it.

Yeah, it really does. Oh well, hopefully more people give it a shot. I like their UI, formats, and bots way more than Discord's.

I'll be back on TG sometime, I haven't logged into it in a few weeks. Went on vacation, got used to less notifications, and just stayed off all of my chat apps since that point :)

If you're in any TG groups or channels people can scrape them and then spam or add you to groups. That could be a way they got your TG username.

Why do you even allow people to add you to groups etc anyway? I turned that off almost instantly.

If you want to know what someone is up to, put them in a position that causes them to want or need to come to you for help.

Haven't heard of this previously, maybe it's targeted/localized to just yourself. I can't imagine someone is scaping the site for TG contact info and then auto feeding it into some felony machine.

I know it's crazy but I remember trolls on 4chan doing worse!
I can't think of anyone I have pissed off enough to do that which makes me think it's random but it's happened twice.
I just don't know why someone would target me, it has to be random!
I've barely even been online for the past 2 months.
I get updates from various groups that I monitor but I haven't talked to anyone till idk a week ago?
The groups I monitor don't have any reason to feel threatened by me. I can probably count every interaction the past 6 months I've had with people outside of HF and fallen on one hand...

No everything on my end is clean and any conversation I ever had on that telegram was clean or gray at worse. I'll be closing the telegram and contacting everyone with a new one soon enough. Sorry guys! I really have no idea how this could have happened to me of all people.
