Yes. Actually you can. Eyes have many characteristics which describe the way they look

IE:
-Canthal tilt
-Orbital Rim
-Eye Shape
-IPD
-Brow Ridge

Any of these could make a man seem like a "bitch" or a "good looking dude" or a "criminal"

#4 and #6 are ideal for aesthetics because of positive/neutral canthal tilts, no to little upper eye lid exposure, and good orbital rim growth.....

I believe you can determine if someone is death staring with their facial expression except eyes covered. Eyes tell a lot, eyeballs on their own on the other hand are just pretty balls with danglies on the back.
