I’ve lived in Cali my whole life.

Never had issues with any of these issues, except the Cal Fire last November that burned the entire city of Paradise. My university was the next city over and canceled classes for 2 weeks.

But yeah, the only thing affecting people I know atm is the black out. Lol fugg pg&e

Lol. Then that would literally show you nothing seeing as the average price for a home in my neighborhood is $900k. California is an entire state with 30+ million people, it takes 10+ hrs to get from one end to the other. “Proper drive around”.... the entire state? No thanks.

The fact of the matter is that at any major city in USA those issues you mentioned are prevalent. In Cali, New York, Florida, Illinois, etc... you cant generalize it to the entire state tho. Maybe the entire city. Like LA or Sacramento.
