Why do you want to join the group?: I pondered on the group's adage, i.e., "enhancing our skills & knowledge," and I strongly believe in it, as one should help others and share knowledge since learning gives you the insight, and we use that to become more resilient.  
What do you think about Masterminds: I know this group defines sophistication where an intellect mind is respected while ensuring that every member added within the group is erudite.

How many hours a day are you online: Rationally, whenever I come online, HF is the first place where I dabble mostly. So, 10 hours (could be more or less).
How good do you think your grammar is on a scale from 1 to 10 (Where 1 is the lowest, and 10 is the highest)?: I'm not an ostentatious person; therefore, rating myself would be quite tricky. I often try to become better day by day, and I'm not afraid of learning. Hence, 8.
If accepted into the group, will you be active in the sub forum: That goes without saying. I'll be equally active the way I'm in other groups and HF sub-forums.

What do you think about Masterminds: Considering this is my 3rd HF account, I can relate too how dark the group username colour is.

Skills: Intermediate level of programming in Ruby, advanced level of experience in web design (HTML, CSS, frameworks such as Bootstrap) and being a webmaster, currently gaining skill and practice with SEO and content marketing strategies, a high level of skill in writing for the web and for writing in general.

Why do you want to join the group?: I would like to join Masterminds because I feel it would be an interesting, and potentially rewarding, experience to join a group. I think I can share some of my knowledge, as well as gain some from others. It would be a cool experience to join a close group such as Masterminds where I can meet new people on HF individually, rather than just interact generally on threads.

What do you think about Masterminds: I haven't heard too much about Masterminds, until I just recently saw members of the group popping up on threads. I'm interested to learn more about the group and see what it has to offer, however.

What can you bring to the table?: I believe I can bring some of my knowledge of being a webmaster and creating content to the table. It's a topic I'm highly enthusiastic about and am always trying to learn more from people who know more than me. Beyond that, I can bring a high quality of interaction to the group. I think of myself as someone who interacts well with others and I always try to show others the best version of myself. If I get the opportunity to join the group, I would try my best to be as involved and integral as possible.

How many hours a day are you online: I would say I spend roughly 4-5 hours a day online, sometimes more if my schedule is freed up.

How good do you think your grammar is on a scale from 1 to 10 (Where 1 is the lowest, and 10 is the highest)?: My spelling and grammar is a 10 (I study English in college).
