Buying cars in France is definitely a pain in the ass nowadays, and will be worse in 2024, if it's not ecologic there are so much penalties, some cars like the new Toyota GR86 will go from 30k€ to 90k€ that's crazy, insurances increased as well, gas, and so on ... Besides with the insecurity we are experiencing, people stealing cars, damaging for free because they "have fun", burning during riots, etc ... I'll probably never own a car 🥲
But you have good taste regarding cars, RX8 is a banger ! Japanese cars are a good reference, especially the old ones

JDM Classics are where it is at! I'd even take an MX5, but only if it's got the cute pop up headlights!
I decided to go German and get a BMW, but in my heart I know I need a NSX 🤣, my bank balance doesn't agree with me tho.

Yeah the NSX looks very good but I was quite surprised by the price ! Didn't think that was so expensive

I'm from the UK, to buy and MX5 here is crazzzzzzzy cheap! However they just don't have enough power and I'm not one for spending money on after market parts.
I had a 125d M Sport but recently got rid of that and now have the 425d M Sport, I do a lot of motorway driving for my job so petrol wasn't a good option, I plan on getting the M135i next year tho, but the insurance is fucking crazy on that, however it's an absolute monster.
