I think I am, because that's what I've always heard. The one thing is, I'm over the age of 20, yet I appear like I could be anywhere from 17-22 years old because of my face alone. Hopefully my youthful appearance will serve me better later in life.

It's extremely subjective but there's also a lot of psychology involved in it. If you're more confidence people are likely to find you more attractive than you think you are. Of course if you have that "I'm average" mentality you probably won't be pulling in a lot of people if that's your goal.
