I just offer him to try to get it unblocked, for 105$ BTC (the discount is gone now cause he has stolen so much of my time).
I won't call them for free cause there is no need for me. My paypal is fine and im accepting payments daily.

No. It's happened to me before and I accepted the losses.

I suggest you do the same and just call PayPal for him and stop being a prick, even though I doubt calling paypal will do any help for him.

It is your fault because PayPal will deem the transactions on his account as high risk after that chargeback was filed, a limitation went along with it.

Paypal limited my account because you called them, there was nothing suspicious as I transacted over $50k from that account without any disputes.

But no problem, It was a problem if I was having $10k stuck in the account :)
