EDIT: also had one more question. I created my thread say on 5th of June and i submitted my thread on 9th of June so all the points are counted from the creation date right and not from the date of submission (obviously following the rules mentioned in the thread)

Memes can be submitted throughout all the 30 days. As for your second question, I think all the replies count from the 5th of June. Not 100% sure about this one though. Just make sure you submit only one thread from The Longue, and other 2 from other forums ✌

The posts are automatically counted though. Someone submitted a very old thread and like 250+ posts were counted and shown in the scoreboard. Fixed now because Cap was alerted. But I think you're fine though, doesn't matter if you submitted it late as long as the thread was created in the submit time window ✌

With tutorials I think you should send Cap , Envy or Sky the tutorials to make sure there are eligible for points. 50 points is a lot, so the tutorial really needs to be HQ and ofcourse original/not posted before. And yes you can submit those until the end of the contest.
