That is so wrong in so many ways. Leaders are critical to keeping a group active. If it weren't for my leaders, we wouldn't even have anyone in the SF right now, but our subforums are still more active than other groups simply because of the leaders (even though we were on sale for like the past month).

You don't even have to be a leader. Just the members themselves have so much power over how great the group is. One member being in the group and committing to the group is often enough to spark discussion among everyone else.

Instead of placing the blame on group this, group that, look at yourself and ask what you're doing for groups right now. I've taken a good deal of blame for how Riptide turned out because of my sale and everything, but in all honesty, it is still doing pretty well because we have members and leaders that want it to be successful. That's the difference.

I like the idea of Riptide, honestly.
However, I was still under the impression it was being sold, so I didn't really acknowledge it's existence.

Honestly, If Red Lions wasn't taking up 90% of my HF time, I would love to be active in Legends again. Bull and DamienVC are legit in my opinion

I remember being a part of Minecrafters v1, That was a pretty fun group so i can imaging that v2 is equally as fun.
Echo/Red Lions & Brotherhood also seem to be doing their own thing.

I have only been member of Legends, and I think they're doing it right. The group owners are working very hard to get the group active.

I like Grim too, but if you legitimately feel like he scammed you, then a report should be opened up to warn others that the same might happen.

Echo is legit autism everyone just trolls and shit in it and it's annoying af but it would be pretty fun to be in it because of that. Everyones very close in Echo and that would be chill

Brotherhood seems like the best managed and more mature group.

Riptide had good intentions but doesn't look like it's very active anymore.

Fusion had potential to be good but it went to the shitter. Hoping something changes and it becomes more active because it has a shit ton of potential to be a dope group.

Sheepgang gonna be a Fusion but run a lot better. Very excited for sheepgang just hope it stays active. Has a chance to be the best group on hf if Divined does a good job

The sheer number of people who message and tell me that we're not doing anything for the community is astounding. We're not a community oriented group whatsoever and like you said - have never claimed to be.
