Gaming Platform(s):
Currently PC. I have both next gen consoles and a PS3 that I hardly use unless I want them nostalgic feelings. Although recent events have forced me to play on my xbone more often.

Region:Australia/Zealand.

Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 24, male & have been living in New Zealand/Australia my entire life, I consistently move between the two depending on where work is in favor. I'm an Electrician, nothing special but it's more then enough to feed my addictions.

I started playing "Games" since fuck knows, lets be honest. My first console I owned was a N64, I know every piece of dialogue in the Original Zelda, Orcania Of Time. I grew up alot differently to the rest of my family/siblings. Even though I played multiple sports I apparently still was the lazy cunt in the house because I was that one kid in the family that was obsessed with the Gaming world. Funny story right, my Mum cancelled my subscription with EB games, they just sent weekly magazines out and stuff.

Once I grew to around the age of 16 mum decided to give up with her anti gaming bullshit and I started to build a setup, I had 2 monitors (one for recording with my Elgato and the other for my ps3.

Sporting has also taken a large path of my life, I started playing Baseball at the age of 4-5. I remember it being this one kid and I that had a neat little setup going on. When I was pitching he would sit on first base, because our skills together was just fucking unfair at the 4-5 age level we pretty much ate ass all season. I then went on and played Football for almost 2 years again (I quit due to an ankle injury, I played left wing. I love football with heart, but I hardly enjoy it when I play anymore. Rugby League followed by Ice Hockey coimpletes my sporting career (Club based).

Side hobbies consist of Skating, ask me anything! I'll know it. I collect apparel and some stickers, (More then happy to show). I draw and design often.

Current Favorite Games: Well fuck, this isn't an easy question :( Just saw the next question, I'm assuming this means the favorites currently that I have. If so, I've been playing alot of The Witcher 3, GTA V and of course the classic that everyone plays anyway like CS, LoL, Dota etc, I've played them all reaching a somewhat decent rank.

Throwback Favorite Games:
Zelda, Mario Kart, Mario 64, THPS (1/2) were the best imo.

What can you bring to Skill?
Glad you asked this question, I have an interesting idea that I could bring into Skill that would be really neat.
Other than that I love chatting and communicating with others, just because the group is about Gaming doesn't mean I won't ask what your favorite sex position is. I enjoy learning about people, gaining knowledge etc.

Overall if you decide to choose me I can assure I'll be an asset towards Skill.

Any experience streaming/video editing/competitive play?

I can stream if needed, I have the required essentials to stream perfectly without lag etc.

[i]Competitive play? Cute question.

Not much needed to say here, I have some strange desire to be the best rank on any game I play regardless of how shit the game is. I just love seeing my name on the top of that leader board and getting a message from your mates saying get the fuck off the computer.

---------------------------------------------------

Thanks for letting me apply anyway, was a bunch of fun!

Finally a group that interest me since joining here.

Any experience streaming/video editing/competitive play? No, I sadly don't have any experience of that but I'm willing to stream whenever it's needed.

Thanks for taking a look at my application and I wish everyone the best of luck!

Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 16 and love to game. I've been gaming for around 5 years on PC and I've played too many games to even count.
Current Favorite Games: My all time favorite game is called osu! It's basically a competitive rhythm based game with a ranking system and almost an infinite amount of maps (songs) to play made by the community, which is over 10 million strong. I've been playing it for about 2 and a half years now. My profile: https://osu.ppy.sh/u/6554821
Throwback Favorite Games: Super smash bros is one and probably always will be my favorite throwback game. Not to mention GoldenEye 007 and Mario Kart on the old N64 (my dad has all the old consoles).
What can you bring to Skill? I'd love to bring the not-so-mainstream game osu! into the group! I've seen a few members on HF that play the game, some are actually pretty good too, but I'd like to make the game wayyy more relevant. It's such a good game and I wish more people knew about it, hopefully I can get the group hooked! 🤗
Any experience streaming/video editing/competitive play? Sadly, I don't have any experience with streaming or video editing. My internet is not the best so I can't stream consistently for long periods of time and I've never really had to edit any videos before, although I do know the basics I guess. I used to play competitive CS:GO, but that was at least 6 months ago.

Current Favorite Games: CoD 4 RM, GTA V, BF1
Throwback Favorite Games: CoD W@W, Starwars Battlefront 2 (PS2)
What can you bring to Skill? I can bring a different viewpoint of games, and its not what I want to bring to skill, its what I want to learn from the other members of Skill. I've been in plenty of gaming groups, but the best part is the resources the other members provide you, simple help to tips and tricks on gameplay.
Any experience streaming/video editing/competitive play? I have some experience in Comp play for CSGO. I used to play ESEA.

PS. I know I've been inactive for quite awhile, but I feel like skill 2.0 is the revamp I need to get myself back into HF.

Tell us a little about yourself:
I'm a PC using no-lifer; spending most of my time either playing PC games or watching Netflix.
I consider myself an HQ HackForums user and an avid PC gamer.

Current Favorite Games:
Currently, im currently enjoying Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst, For Honor and am trying to get into both Overwatch and Black Desert Online.

Throwback Favorite Games:
Not sure if they all fall under that category- but some of my most favourite games have included:
Pokemon GBA/DS, Pacman, Portal, Half-Life, Space Invader, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Super Mario, Mega man, Elite (1984) and ALL of the Zelda games. It's funny looking back at how I barely played PC- as I only owned console games.

What can you bring to Skill?
Experience gaming, running communities and High-Quality posts. Nihilism and sarcasm are included in the bundle. I can also do a little bit of Photoshop, which I'm trying to improve.

Any experience streaming/video editing/competitive play?
I have experience using a few streaming platforms and softwares. Currently, OBS Studio is my favourite- not that I do any streaming anymore. I can do a tiny bit of video editing, but not a great deal. I am also experienced with competitive gaming, as I don't think there's any point in leaving that part of a game out. I recently ended my League of Legends captain status at my local University. But will probably enrol again in the future under a different position.
