normally they give you info how they attacked, so you can improve security. just hit backup button and move on. i bet they leave your forums alone after 1 hit.

Obviously you have a weak security/vulnerability on your site. I would suggest If they left any form of contact info, to do so and kindly ask for the vulnerability they used.

OR

Depending If that site is really important to you, I would hire someone with experience preferably trusted member to test your site for vulnerabilities so you can patch them. To prevent you from future headaches.
