Edit the title, just checked your shells and only 63 are not dead and they are publics.
I know why no body did not paid for this list.

Well I tried downloading but it's not letting me, I doubt it's the link probably just my computer. Thanks anyways.

Downloaded fine on my end mate.
Try It via another browser, and If need be, a different architecture also.
