On my forum, im trying to change the usergroups to more interesting colours etc but i need help on filters. I know how to add dropshadow and how to bold, underline etc but i cant make it blur

I have seen on some forums that you can make the font sparkle and add a wave could someone please post the coding for that? Please

They will only work in IE. The other things are scripts, try looking at dynamicdrive.com
