Its a website where you deposit money, and you can create Jobs for people. Jobs such as Finishing a survey, Writing an Article, Sign up and Click Ads. Once they are finished they will send you proof, and you can accept them as finished. Then they will get paid.

Written Guide - Goes with the picture tutorial
1. Sign up
2. Click "Deposit Money" and it will redirect you to Paypal or Alert Pay.
3. Once Deposited, click "Create Jobs"
4. Choose your catgeory, (For example, Finish a Survey)
5. Calculate how much you want to pay per survey done.
6. Fill out the Title, Description, What they have to do etc.
7. SUMMIT!

How is this Investing:
Well basically, i recieved 15$ from ShitCash and im also running through CPALead. Since i got paid from shitcash, i invested about 10$ on MinuteWorkers and made money 50% quicker on CPALead. Im also making lots more! Each day i would only have about 1-2 Leads, and only 15-30 Clicks. Once i started to use MinuteWorkers it boosted me up by a lot.
