If you go into the BIOS settings of a computer, you can change the settings to make the maximum temperature of the computer 40 degrees. Now, it will turn off as soon as it is turned on. Hilarious! I don't know how to fix it from the computer without taking out the hard drive haha :D.

just get a old computer and do it... like a lot of schools and make them pay you to fix it thats what i do when i'm low on money... lol

just turn off virus scan and a few months later fix the virus and turn it one

just make a shortcut with the system shutdown tool in the start up.
set it to restart every 2 seconds.
so as soon as someone logs on it restarts.
so on an so forth.

that would work... what i did to a mean teacher i had was create a batch file that opened billions of internet explore windows everytime she logged on. lets just say we all had good grades until they fixed.. i think the guy just reloaded everything took him about 2 months though lol

I think disconnecting the hard drive wouldn't help.
The BIOS is an EEPROM, it is a chip at you motherboard with a memory. All the settings are stored inthere.

So I think you will have to buy a new motherboard or put a WC or a bigger fan at your CPU.
