We now have a new rule at my school saying, If you get caught with your phone, They take it and you can't get it until one of your parents go to the office and get it. And, if you refuse. You're suspended.
I was fine with that part, But now.. If you take your battery out before you give it to them (Which is what i usually did because I know they go through your phones) Then you get suspended for 5 days. Is that fair?. They shouldn't be allowed to go through your phones so why would it matter if you take your battery out or not..

"Sir you are violating my private rights, you have no right of looking in my phone and/or taking it, if you even DARE taking it i will step to the police for invading my privacy."
"Okay carry on..."
Just password protect your phone if you can.
If you get suspended, call the local news about it. Do everything you can to get the media watching them, and talk to a lawyer. ESPECIALLY do all of this when you have nothing incriminating on your phone.
I don't wouldn't take that kind of shit.
