Are those certifications legit and widely accepted? I am currently a major in Computer Science, so I don't know if a certification would help me out in the long end.
We only have 2 or 3 computer security classes at my college, but we do have a Masters in Computer Security. I'm still not sure if I want to go to grad school yet. Are there jobs for this, or is it mostly contractual? (Apr 10, 2011 08:25 PM)Sentinel Wrote: Pretty good summary of terminology. However, in my opinion, there isn't such a thing as white hat hackers. Yes. I agree with this. I was about to post the same idea. Isn't a script kiddie suppose to be refering something about coding? What we call new people here in hacking are called beginners. And if we have a person that is annoying and new.. We call them a lamer. |
