Hi yes i coded the php side, and yes as it is all open source you can scroll through each file combing to see whether its malicious or not, its not very well commented because im not the greatest coder ever but i try my best.

Well decided I would modify this. Rebuilt in VB08, made FUD, and builder in codedom<3

No not in the general sense of a different IDE but in the sense of using VB.Net as a IDE yes since VB.Net has dependancys.
