The Paypal Questions
You have to be extremely careful when dealing with Paypal or you WILL be raped by them and lose your money.

If I have an unverified Paypal account, can I still send money and buy things with it?
It depends. An unverified US Paypal account has a spending limit of $0, so you really can't buy anything without getting limited by Paypal. Canadian accounts have higher spending limits.

This is what I do, whether you want to do it or not it in entirely up to you. I've tried this several times, and it seems to work just fine. The fake Paypal might get a negative balance and the money you got will be sitting safe in your legit account.

Make sure you're using a proxy for this!
IV. Now turn your proxy off and login to your eBay account and confirm the payment ect, now all you need to do is post a piece of paper or anything like that to the fake address so that you get a tracking number, if you put something such as a "virtual item" you should be able to email then an invoice with the details and you should be okay.
