Congrats on the success man, loosing weight is harder than it looks. Like some of the other replies, what's your diet/workout plan, cause that shit is beast and worked really well. Maybe some of us could build off of your plan. Again, congrats dude. 🤝

@Gucci, look at the first page, :)
@btw, I suggest clean bulking if you have a slower metabolism, as this will give you a good amount of muscle mass with the least amount of fat gain. Just eat big, eat healthy, and get lots of rest if you want to put on muscle mass. But also lift heavy (4-5 exercises, 3-4 sets each, 6-8 reps each set) @Status, Haha, thanks, yeah, I just like this name :) idk why lol. -Jellyrolls ![]() (Jun 3, 2011 12:40 AM)Fascinate Wrote: What protein or shake did you use to bulk up. Went through 2-3 tubs of Universal Real Gains, and 1 tub of Muscle Juice revolution 2600. However, i suggest not wasting money on a weight gainer, as It is a waste of money, and I won't be buying these again. I suggest making a home made weight gainer, healthier, and cheaper :) However, if you have the money, and don't want to take the extra time to throw some extra stuff in the blender, go for a nice weight gainer supp :) Good luck! -Jellyrolls ![]()

Awesome man, props.
I'm in the phase (well, hopefully not just a phase) of getting healthy and turning my life around too. I used to be so healthy, wouldn't smoke, drink or anything. Id BMX pretty much all day and night every day. My friends kinda looked up to me because I was that kid, with the pythons sticking out of his arms, lol. Then started smoking a couple packs of cigs a day, and for a couple years I fell into drinking, that was my daily routine. Drinking probably a good liter of windsor a day. Started getting panic attacks when I went without it. Sunday's were the worse with the liquor stores closed, because the shakes were so bad, looked like an idiot with just simple things like trying to hand change to the cashier. I went from being able to maul down 5 double cheeseburgers to myself, to barely being able to finish one, mostly having only one meal a day. There is so many times I should have been dead from that nasty shit, I won't list them. After new years I quit drinking though, went for a good few months with the help of my dad and we both relapsed, now he's still drinking but I'm hanging in there, also haven't smoke a cig in a month and been taking vitamins, proteins, creatine and herbal supplements and working out at home. It feels nice having a little muscle back on the bones and being able to eat without wanting to throw it back up. I'm making it a goal to get built this summer, not make this a drunken repeat of last summer that I spent with a broken arm influenced by alcohol. Anyways, not thread stealing, just gave me a little inspiration. (Jun 3, 2011 01:16 AM)Acid Raindrops Wrote: Awesome man, props. Awesome man!
