We are in the process of moving. And please do not lie here. There is no any support ticket in system which I haven't replied since 3 days. I have replied all tickets 8 hours ago. I now have few more tickets which will be replied as soon as I done with my work. And those tickets are only few hours old.

I'm sorry, that was my bad. YOu have indeed responded to my first ticket - for some reason it did not notify me. If a moderator could delete these posts I would appreciate it.

I was just getting frustrated as the problem has persisted for a good 3 days (hopefully fixed soon). I apologize again for saying that no response.
