ok i understand basicly his worm is insrted into ur server or visa-versa and is sread from there also does the worm stop sites working like google.com as i infected myself and i used those kill command thing like test copy and paste should kill it right ? i think its effecting google as it doesn't work

First, you spread the worm. The worm will download and execute your browser.
You send a command to the worm and it dies, or does whatever you asked it to do. BUT it does not kill the your sever, only worm.

If you just blocked Google.com it's obvious that only google will be blocked.
