These are two programs that a friend sent me that I have been thoroughly enjoying. Epic Fail Cannon is a slightly newer build than the other and therefore runs a bit faster. I searched around and couldn't find either of these already posted, but I apologize if they are floating around somewhere.

Basically, you enter the URL or the IP, 'lock target' and then 'fire your lazer'. You can adjust the number of threads, which is the number of users that LOIC or EFC will emulate while DDoSing. Naturally, the higher the count, the better the DoS, but the more your CPU and connection is going to tank.

Yeah, I can imagine, seeing as I'm fairly new around here. I tried downloading it myself from that link, and it didn't work. It would only run from My Received Files, where I got it to begin with. I would imagine that's because it doesn't seem to like having two copies of the .exe in two different places.

I have used this tool by Praetox before..it works...but I am told it does quite a number on your own connection while dosing people...
also, when will people learn the difference between Dos and DDos?
