Say I only use rats and I use Porxpn only when I use rats and I infected a couple dozen people, and I'm underage in the states, what are the chances I will be caught/get in trouble :/
Honestly, they almost NEVER go after people like you (for rats).
1. under a few hundred and you wont even rais a flag.
2. As long as you dont do anything dumb like steal CC's your fine ;P.
but just keep safe and use that proxy ;)
