That story can be verified by himyfamily, and I believe I can do nothing but make sure that I keep my word on that and pay him back oneday, as in total it was my mistake trusting someone, I knew for months to reveal a lot about his truth and the reality of him, my apologies to himyfamily.

2) How to solve the problem?

As usual, this just shows how bad HF is as a community. The staff has no obligation to get your money back, but they should have the obligation to ban a scammer. I remember him trying to exchange his LR for my PP.

you should check the first post with the picture of his msn that trying to exchange the LR while refuse to refund the LR.
