What do you guys think about the ending? I was hoping Lite would rule on and they would just end it off with a epic pan.
Instead it was kind of weird, I wouldn't mind seeing a clip of him being a Shinigami. It would be interesting
to see the series come back to life with Lite as a Shinigami teaching a new person.
Also, Near and Mello were whack, I wished L could of came back to life or something along those lines.
They should of had a more epic ending where both of them died at the end or something.

Either way, whats your thoughts on this?

it did seem dodgy that it ended that way.
but its deathnote. kinda expected it.

I think L was much better than N, so I expected his death too. I sympathized with Kira and his idea of better world so I hoped for another ending..

Yeah.. they almost seemed rush to finished it as well. It's not like Kira to act with so much desperation as well.


He would of found a way to kill them all- that would of been a better ending.


Also at the end- is Misa standing off the side of the building about to commit suicide?

She is gonna commit suicide.But you know what at the end of every movie or anime or cartoon ''AMERICANS'' alway's won as justice well till episodes where L was killed that was japaniese work but then they got bored and America and England helped them end it.


BUT I WAS THINKING ABOUT A NEW BEGGING IF RJUK DECIDES TO BRING LIGHT,MISA AND MIKAMI TO SHINIGAMI WORLD AND MAKES THEM SHINIGAMIES THEN THEY TAKE ABOUT FEW LIFES TO ENSURE THEY LIVE LONG ENOUGHT AND GO TO HUMAN WORLD TO HELP YET ''ANOTHER KIRA''But then NEAR is still alive and all of those 3 are awaiting for REVENGE!It say's whoever uses the book doesn't go to neither HELL OR HEAVEN THAT MEANS RJUK FIND'S A WAY TO BRING THEM BACK TO SHININGAMI WORLD :)And their adventure start's again BUT THIS TIME KIRA WIN'S!!!!!!!!!

yessir, never would have seen that coming. i thaught near was in too deep and kira would get him.. what i shame and im hoping that it may lead to another season but i doubt it very much... bummer mate.

Yeah, the live action movie was a retelling so I assumed it would redevelop the story, but I didn't like it. 😟

That's the point of Arsonist's sig. 😝

And yeah.. Hopefully they revamp the series with Kira and Misa as Shinigami's. Neir is a little bitch, and they should bring back L for kicks.

I thought that they should've just kept the real L through the whole series. It was disappointing to see Lite killed off by a Dimmed down version of L. The ending was quite interesting though. I really don't know why but it makes you wanna keep watching it over and over again lol

They kinda gave away the ending near the beginning, anybody who paid attention to details would have figured that out, but the ending still seems half-assed. I say he should have went deathnote-happy by killing off all the important people in the world.
