"DEAL WITH EXTREME CAUTION! USER HAS 18 SCAM REPORTS ON THIS FORUM ALONE! https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=1549904 " Figured I'd get an answer out of you guys instead of bugging the Judge.
Edit: I gave the rep, I just want to be sure it's okay.
I don't think it is, I think most people know hes a scammer.
No, it breaks no rules so your safe.
Keep it there and wait for the result.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Heres what I think. That message should be in a neutral rep unless one of those scam reports is by you, if so than by all means -rep them, thats what I considered fair rep.
Lol Legitti reported my rep as rep abuse also.
It's not rep abuse, neither is mine or Phillys.

You can't negative rep someone calling them a scammer if you weren't in the deal yourself.
But, yu can negative rep him like saying how much scam reports, etc he has on him.
It is reputation abuse if you didn't do a transaction with the user.
are any of mine fair - reps? msg
EDIT: NVM I dont care anymoar
You're not accusing the person of scamming, you're simply stating the fact that the person has various scam reports.
- Flux.
I didn't read anybody else's post in this thread but I assume people have told you no. They're wrong if that's the case. That is rep abuse. -Repping somebody for scamming when they didn't scam you personally and you don't have a link to a scam report you made is rep abuse.
How is he not banned with 18 scam reports? That's kind a little bit to much, some action be taken against him. Even if he evades the ban he won't be on a trusted account and the amount will decrease.
that's rep abuse but this neutral I'm giving you is not

What are you on about?
Quote:Please contact staff. If no Scam Report is made, we'll delete the rep and warn the member.
Technically, you aren't calling the person a scammer, you're simply stating that the member has active scam reports, and that members should watch out whilst dealing with him.
