It's because Omni is so greedy he doesn't care if someone loses hard earned money. He just want's the scammers to donate to him,.

They do get banned. Omni just waits after a month to ban them so they can't do a chargeback.

Boxxy wasn't banned until almost a year after scamming, which means that Omni LET him continue threatening members and his own image for that time. He is doing the same now with the likes of Legitti and Industrialized. Yes, they may get banned eventually, but don't you think 18 potential victims is enough? He's lucky he has a disclaimer, or the amount of lawsuits filed would be horrific. |
