Donators Get Away With Scamming?

I haven't seen you banned for scamming?

Also, if we are being grammar Nazi's, it should be 'treatment', not the plural version. In addition, PM's should be PMs, seeing as 'PM' is not the owner/subject.

Here's the guy with 26 scam reports open on him. Welcome, welcome 🤗
I think most of you are missing the point. This has been stated many times, though I will state it again.

1. HF will not be held responsible for deals made by members.

It means that staff nor Omniscient can do anything no matter the evidence compiled against the scammer. The section is there so that other people will avoid them when doing any type of business, as well as warn them if they do plan do go ahead with the deal.
Only way that they can do something is if the culprit admits to scamming here on HackForums. (Not entirely sure on this, so don't quote me)

It all comes down to how you prefer to do business. If you want to assume that reputation, post count, or user group gives a form of trust, then go ahead.

Are you guys actually too lazy to do some research before you decide to spend money? With Legitti's case, all of those 18+ or however many scams could have been avoided if the victims had done a bit of research. If you fail to properly do research on someone beforehand then honestly, you deserve to get scammed. Sorry to say, but that's the way I feel.

Apparently it is 27, lol. No special treatment there.

If you weren't so ignorant you would see searching my name brings results of posts in the section, And posts not related to deal disputes.
You're not convincing anyone that you aren't a scammer.
I doubt 27 members would purposely go out of their way to make false scam reports.

You scammed those members.
Now, I don't know if your donations give you any different privileges or not, but you should really just give up trying to defend yourself. It's all out in the open.

This is just half of the first page of search results:

If I ran a forum, even it I didn't want to get involved for fear of lawsuits, I would damn well ban proven, serial scammers to protect my members.

Chargebacks? Just file a dispute and call a lawsuit on him for monetary fraud.

Industrialized a Red Donator, has made his rank back from scamming.

But he has changed, and I think started refunding people.

Then why does he have so many unresolved scam reports, that he claimed were all fake?

Last time I checked, none had been resolved.

They are being resolved. But you guys don't want to except the fact. Omni just told me he is probably going to ban me. It will probably take that for you guys to be happy.

It would lead to less libelous remarks about corruption and bribery.

Damn bro. I'm not trying to get anyone banned here or anything.
Just tell him you would chargeback on the donation, lol.

Omniscient is in no way Corrupt. Nor would he try to take sides of someone like me, Or any other member for that reason unless he had the proof/evidence he needed to do so.

I can verify this for a fact. I unlike a lot of other people am not afraid to PM Admin's etc. Because if something has happened to you, And it's against the rules you should not be afraid to say so.
