however microsoft bizspark offers many of the same products as dreamspark, except dream spark is for students ONLY, and dreamspark doesnt require you to pay any fee's after its done.

I doubt they'll accept you if you use a free domain, but I know for a fact that wordpresses work because legitimate businesses use xxx.wordpress.com
