Maybe you can make a backup program. A program that backups all your files whenever specified, or automatically every day. You could also provide customer support, like a chat program or a program like team-viewer. You could hire some people to help the customers. If there's a some virus interfering with the backup, the program can connect to one of the HJT Team members to help the customer out.
2.Back Up Program for vb.NET projects (or any other programming language)
Same idea as the first one, but focuses on backing up projects in vb.NET
3.Chat Program
In this program people can webcam, chat by typing, emoticons, file transfer, and basic profiles and stuff.
4.A support program for the HJT Team
In this program people who think they are infected can download this and communicate with a HJT member to help solve their computer problem. It has functions that teamviewer has like remote desktop, chat, webcam, file transfer and maybe you could add an antivirus scanner? And of course a donate button!
The possibilities are endless.
Make a program that people need and must be protected.
I will look into it, I'll be waiting for more ideas now.
Thanks.
Looks very professional.
Are you going to be selling it?
with a little more advancements and maybe an ebook to know how to use it. u can sell it
You must be very advanced at requests. I can see you going really far with this project. (aside from the GUI)
:S No offence, but sorry bro... nothing new... guessing that this is via FTP and data is stored in a txt file on a webhost, if not then just mysql data...

Dude the screenshot shows a MySQL database, how could you get that mixed up? And as for MySQL data, what is wrong with that? using php (if you're good at it) is probably the most secure way to retrieve data with visual basic if it is stored in a database.

Ahh Not All That Hard...
dim client as net.webclient
client.credentials = new net.networkcredentials("ftp-user","ftp-pass")
client.uploadstring(textbox1.text, "ftp://domain.com/support-Logs")
and its just that all the way through the code but just changing the values and directorys
or if its in mysql its evan easyer...
"INPUT" all values and then just read em...
Edit: Im Not Saying Its Not Good, but i would just advise you to do somthing special and out of the box...
IF you want, i could help you... but to be honist im not sure what this is suppost to do? is it a game? is it somthing like paypal (not literally)?
