Hello all, I made this thread in this section because I thought it's to do with Bots (Unusual Traffic)
I saw this on a security-related website, they had a post which said when he, the administrator, searched this value, 99..99 on Google, it gave him this message:
Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later. Why did this happen?
This page appears when Google automatically detects requests coming from your computer network which appear to be in violation of the Terms of Service. The block will expire shortly after those requests stop.
This traffic may have been sent by malicious software, a browser plug-in, or a script that sends automated requests. If you share your network connection, ask your administrator for help — a different computer using the same IP address may be responsible. Learn more
Sometimes you may see this page if you are using advanced terms that robots are known to use, or sending requests very quickly.

I didn't believe it until I tried it, and the same thing came up, does this mean there is a software installed by default on Windows, Linux, and Apple that sends malicious requests (My guess would be a DDoS tool) to whatever target is under attack? Hope not, but I really think it's a browser plug-in, or some tool installed by the govs Why would you get this notification if there wasn't such a software on your computer? I've tried it on my father's brand new laptop, right after he bought it, and the same message came up. Anyone got an idea, thoughts to share about this?
EDIT: Note that this happens not only with this number in particular, you can try another number like 11..11..11

No, you draw ridiculious conclussions, a brand new laptop could not have these pre-installed plugins or w/e you call it by the government <_<
It's a fault at googles side, the just have a some strict security meassures.
For example,

Damn bro why the attitude? and thanks for the answer, plus the reason I said this about the new laptop was because of the Mac tracker that is installed by default, Apple didn't say they had a tracker (Or whatever the right term for it is) installed, NO, some other guy discovered it, and I'm sure there is some sort of Monitoring software installed on every computer there is. For instance, SAS. ? Does the term SAS ring a bell? ;)

All the things I came, and still coming across have lead me to one point. In other words, all the directions say "Screw the governments". Tell me one thing, why did the FBI had a software to monitor all mobile phones (Kevin Mitnick-related), do you really believe there are no softwares installed by default on your computer? I cannot say yes, but I can slightly support the answer "no" Why? why didn't Apple say anything about that damn tracker or whatever it was?? If they didn't tell us what type of sh*t there was, then do you really believe that there aren't any other things they got on your computer without your permission?
Another example, the BlackBerry spying hidden software, and not ALL BB's as they claimed, only those that got into Saudi Arabia, and guess what, they did not say anything about it until some programmer found out about it. I'm going to say this once: there is nothing at all on your computer affecting the results.
I wasn't being off topic at all, I was just stating that your proposal of government involvement in your first post was stupid.
The flaw in your "preinstalled software on every computer" theory lies here, as well as in many other places. Take into account open source operating systems, such as Ubuntu. Look through the code. See any Govt. monitoring systems in there? Didn't think so. This doesn't mean that Windows or Mac have it either. This is a stupid troll / conspiracy theory. 🤝
