He has though. Check the Marketers recruitment thread he's on there and a announcement in the sub forum has been made he just hasn't got access to the CP.

I don't even check the recruitment threads and if the only announcement made was in the subforum, how would I know.

I have not seen a single post in the reporting thread about marketers recruiting lol. You need to post it their otherwise it won't be seen.
