What's the uptime?
What's the server location?
Do you allow nulled scripts?
What do you do when you receive DMCA complaints?
How many sites are hosted on a single server?
Do you offer smaller custom packages?

I am trying to get the provider to refund my money from last server due to there lack of communication.
