I live in the UK (oh crap, you know where I live!!)... I'd like it if you could tell me how to anonymously pay someone for a proxy, VPN etc ... I heard of precaid cards but they are not sold in the UK (as far as I'm aware)... also I can't pay via mobile pay as you go as knowone accepts that (nor they accept bitcoins).

Btw, great tut... I personally have done this before but the idea of proxy chain I've not done... a question about that is... wont it slow the internet connection down (I'd have to wait 16 seconds for each page to load, right?)
Edit: also, internet cafe... make sure they dont keep CCTV logs! :P

And about the credit card..
I think you only do this if you want to do really illegal things.
So i don't think it would be a problem for you to buy few vpns with a stolen credit card (Don't buy the vpns from home and so on.. Because they can see what have been bought and the website got your real IP.)
One thing, don't use a slave from your rat credit card, because then the police just go directly to him from him find your server, then your IP.. Then they don't even need to go throught all your proxys and so on..

I don't want to steal someones credit card, i'm not that evil yet :D
I like what I'm hearing but as I just said... payments will be a problem also... if i want to recieve money online... anonymously... i'd have to recieve it by cash right? or make a fake paypal account... get a debit card and spend it from paypal account... but then the verify process would be a nightmare... and i'd probs end up having to make an account under someone elses identity ?

Like i say, if you got through all this, it's for being evil in hacking something big, not just your girlfriends facebook.
So you should STEAL one in real life.. Or write it the numbers down you need from a friends credit card or something.. It's just 20-50$ we are talking about for buy it.. So it's not THAT big.
Edit: And about the cameras, what would they do? They didn't know YOU did it, so the cops should want the 1000 people there have go through the internet cafe the whole day?

And another thing.. Find a internet cafe without cameras..
And agian.. Why buy vpn if you can have your mouth closed.. Just alltime remember to encrypt at smash your HDD... And a mircowave would be great too.

Tor isn't so secure people think..
The goverments know people use tor to illegal activity.. They are hardly to trace then they use tor, if not impossible.. Because of the new IP every 5-10min? That do so the cops just end up on a new place every time.. BUT!
Man-in-the-middle attacks is possible in TOR and the goverments have set networks up you connect to.. So if you use one of the goverments ip the second you hack on tor they catch you.... Easy.
