Yes, this is based on C99, but pretty much recoded everything and it should do much better job.

It isn't C99. It's just based of the C99. The only thing that reminds me about C99 is the theme you see in the preview image. And I partially coded this, and I have full rights to share it.

Ok. If the OP is serious, I can dissect this thing and see what exploits it uses, and if it is backdoored or not.

I have a fairly good background in malware analysis and need PHP malware samples for my collection of stuff to reverse...

So if someone could PM me a sample I can check for backdoors and either vouch... Or name and shame!
