I can upload anyshell to CPanels(c99), but ofcourse the price will go up

It all depends on how you use them. If you boot all the time, the website might go down(because the hosting it is on will see the stress)
The Would strongly recommend that you buy some dedicated shells. Those are gaurenteed to last atleast a week or two, I even have some from this summer!
