I have gotten EXACTLY the same issue. Call them up, that's what i did. The guy told me that mine is permanently limited without a reason. They are BS and thieves.

Calling them is pain in the ass for me. I'm waiting at least minimum 30 minutes before I'm even able to talk with someone of their support. Any other idea what to do now ?
They request from me to give them my ID proof and bill statement, but I'm not sure If I must do it when I recieved an email saying that I'm permanently limited ?

You will be able to withdraw the money after 180 days. It's the only solution if they wont unlimit it.

Hi,your PP is not permanent limited. You can get it unlimited by sending them legal/legit documents they require OR you can alternative call them.

If they provided you steps to resolve then it means they still want to continue business with you...just follow the steps and you will be fine..
