Thats because you can use any port man.
just pick a port. doesnt matter what APP name it has.
I had port 667 open when I used to use Cerberus with the name "fuckme"

It doesnt matter.
ANY port from any "program" will work, thats just a collection of what ports certain programs use.
You can select anything as long as its not already in use.
Just edit the port to match the server when you make it in Cerberus

Okay I Made the start and end port 5110 for ProRat, but when i check it with PFPortChecker it says the Port isnt open.. what am i doing wrong?

what ISP do you have?

Some ISP's block port forwarding (you need a static IP)
