The way it would be used, Is if you have a macro for "Read the Help Docs etc....", You'd go on the thread, and easily type; $helpdocs, and it would show up. But you'd customly write the macro.

You obviously don't get it.
I would say re read it.
But, In short terms,
You have a mini-panel, You enter, $example=This is my example!
Now its saved, 10 maximum you'd have these.
Now you can go on a thread and type $example, and it would post "This is my example!", This would be useful for directing new users to Help Docs and etc.. Like I said, on this:

I guess it could be useful. You can just post the canned speech in your personal notepad and go back to it when you want to reply to a thread that applies to that speech you wrote.

All macros that ub3r's use can be viewed by a Moderator, they are able to terminate the feature as temp or perm. if it is abused? :D

I'd honestly use it, I've seen alot of new members post ugly shit which I want to tell them where to read the rules, what to do.. and it'd be easier using a $macro!

(jk), That really isn't the point, It's to have simple keywords like $hfdocs, $newmem, $howto, etc... and write what you want so you won't have to repeat it ever again, and just type the phrase.

This is a bad idea for assh*les who just want to start flame wars everywhere. I've read the part where a user must have to be like this and that to get this function, but there are just upgraded members who abuse such rights.

Bottom line, I neither agree or disagree.

I fully get it, As I said, termination for abusers.
And words will be blocked, Such as those stupid hypebeast terms.

Additional job for admins and mods, plus additional coding work for Omni.

If this would be approved, I guess it will be implemented AFTER all earlier priorities is done, since I believe Omni is still working on the new deal dispute database, the vouch system, and a few more surprises.
