This is because of firewall, disable any firewalls if AVG disable Resident Sheild

Hm.. I set this up, send to someone, they run it, but I dont get their username and password, I just get the sites they have passwords saved to. I know they have saved passwords cause they are on my RAT.

Thats right. What istealer actually does is to steal saved sites passwords.
