Do you need to contact the victim in ANY WAY to hack an account or is there anything that the victim needs to do such as clicking link etc? Or the whole process will be back end? I will be interested if you can do the whole think back end and I will be paying any amount you ask for.

I have had some users PMing/emailing me while I am asleep and becoming frustrated when I don't reply back quickly. if you got many job done then how come not a single person posted saying you have hacked account for them? All your vouches say 'trusted guy' 'nice guy' etc etc. Being trusted or being nice is not a qualification for genuine hacker...
